Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for reviewing homeowners’ requests for exterior building and landscape changes. The following homeowners are currently serving on the Architectural Review Committee:

Audit Committee

The Audit Committee is responsible for for conducting an annual audit of the Associations financials as required by the By-Laws. The Board is currently looking for volunteers to serve on this committee. Submit a volunteer form if you are interested in joining the committee.

Communications Committee

The Communications Committee is responsible for maintaining the Associations web site, social media feeds and email lists and also for sending welcome letters to new homeowners . The following homeowners are currently serving on the Communications Committee:

Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee is responsible for following up with nomination forms and for presenting nominations for Board members during the Association’s annual meeting. This committee has already formed for the 2019 election. Submit a volunteer form if you are interested in joining the committee for a future election.
